“Before the day ends, I wanted to say how thankful I am to have received Foundation Solution in the company Risen!! My Initial meet was with Eleazar a field supervisor working on a different site in another neighborhood. After stating my interest, he connected me with the scheduler for my initial meet with Krista who became my project manager. From the jump she oozed calmness and wisdom in my moment of distress. She said, “first off your roof isn’t going to come down.” That was such a relief to know. From there she walked us through every step, gave us the overall picture of the problem allowing our questions/concerns to be address and scheduled our project date. On day one Krista and Trevor came out to make sure beams were where they were. Two Project crews came out Lalo the crew chief with crew members Antonio, Christopher and Carlos and Jairo crew chief with crew members John, Alejandro, Eduardo, and German. Both crews were very professional and worked well with each other. They covered all inside furniture and floors to protect from debris, which was an added bonus. They took precautionary measures to have a plumber come out to turn off water Alex the inspector came out and made sure work was to proper standard and also answered out last minute question. After work was done and the crew lifted the house, they filled in holes and cleaned up. Work was fast but Efficient. Thanks, Risen, you have restored my trust!”
