I had some cracks in the foundation and I could feel the front of the house, inside, sloping down. No window, door, separation of the drywall, etc but I could tell something was wrong. I had 7 different companies come and give me estimates and take elevation readings. They ranged from "nothing is wrong" to over $27,000. The front of my home was 5" lower than the back of the house and 3" lower than the center. After talking to the representatives of all seven, and learning about their methods to fix the problem, I choose Risen Foundation. They also had the best Google reviews of all other companies. The total job was completed in 4 days with the last day just being clean-up and repairing the holes. I had 25 total piers, 15 outside and 10 inside. The crew was exceptional, professional, and listened to the concerns I had, mainly that there might be damage inside once the foundation was raised.

After all the work was done, and the foundation raised to an acceptable level, I had no damage at all inside and some of the doors that stuck a little opened and closed with no sticking at all. Very happy with the whole process which can cause some stress. The crew, Eleazar, Joe, Eduardo, Josue, Sam, and Hugo were all excellent. When the job is finished, and I took back control of my home, it was a big relief knowing that a major problem was fixed with no additional costs.
