“Learning your home needs foundation work is a stressful situation. I had no clue what to look for in a company or what to expect. To try to make the best decision possible, I had 3 companies come and inspect our home and provide quotes. Risen Foundation was not the lowest proposal we received. I decided to go with them because our PM Krista was kind, informative, knowledgeable, patient and answered every question I had throughout the entire process. She communicated frequently and timely anytime I had questions. As a bonus, she was amazing with our three dogs who were wondering why she was there. Risen really provided a seamless and stress-free experience. They even called 811 to report the digging work for me. (I had forgotten this needed to be done.) I really appreciated this. One less thing I had to worry about. I also must commend the degree of care the crew (David, Humberto, Bryan, DeMarcus) took to preserve very large stone planters in our yard. This demonstrated to me they cared enough to leave our home exterior as they had found it. Not to mention, they were very kind to my 8-year-old who was curious to see what they were doing and get to know them better. The field supervisor Eleazar was also very friendly and reviewed the final measurements with me before leaving. Everyone I encountered on the team from start to finish was great!
