Our home was in big, big trouble, the stove leaned downward pitched to the left. The office room up front same. Big cracks in the floor and ceiling. We couldn't open our windows. Doors wouldn’t shut. Not good for the home value. Depressing. Risen Foundation Solutions hired a great hardworking crew for this 2-day project. Mr. Jairo the Crew Chief, the crew members - Mr. Alejandro, Mr. German, Mr. John, Mr. Eduardo, and any men I missed their names. Thank you, kind gentlemen, for your very hard work and expertise. 2 very wet days in January this project commenced. The crew was on time 0730hrs and labored hard till after 1900hrs. They hung plastic from ceiling to floor successfully containing dust. They dug down and drilled to bedrock - 3 holes on the sides of the home, 2 in the garage, 2 in the office and 2 in the kitchen. Then the post was hammered in these holes. Any dirt was bagged and later placed back after the repair. Very neat. The excitement when the owner took more measurements and positioned the men at each post. He counted out and the men eventually ratcheted this home into place. I watched year old cracks disappear all around the kitchen. Later I observed as far back as the bedroom pop up ceiling cracks gone from around the perimeter. Amazing and a blessing felt. The holes were filled then concrete. The crew scrubbed EVERYTHING dirt and mud touched. One crowning moment was the HOME mat, one of the crew cleaned it and gently placed it on scrubbed concrete in front of our newly repaired home door. They take such pride in their work. I cannot convey how much we appreciate their approach to foundation repair Tears... With all the repair commotion the crew were calm professionals. My dogs were quiet, never barked. They trusted these men. A very good sign. 5th Street Plumbing assisted with this repair. Another great company of professionals. They put in our water heater few months back. I used FLEX-IT portable storage container for (trying) removing items out the way. I was not totally ready so, the crew moved large stuff out the way. Fair pricing. Start this process early if you have a lot of stuff. Getting financed the traditional way was out. We used SoFi. All in all, it was a great repair. We had an earthquake that night that was felt in Converse. No worries... We used Risen!”
